Please follow the guidelines below for barcode orders.
Example Spreadsheet in an Excel document (save down to Excel 2007):
Barcode: The data to be encoded in the barcode.
Human Readable: The data to be printed under or over the barcode for readability – only if different from barcode data.
Quantity: The number of barcode labels to print.
Sequence: Identifies where each label resides in the spreadsheet
Additional Guidelines:
Print and Check are used internally for tracking label manufacture process.
Other columns may be inserted for other data required on the label (check digits etc.)
Please keep data in separate columns otherwise the spreadsheet will need to be edited or retyped.
MIL size (width of barcode) may be provided by customer otherwise we will use best fit.
Always remember to specify the encoding type for the barcode. It is required.
The most common encoding types are Code 39 and Code 128.
Other encoding types we can use but are not limited to:
