Matting Cleaning Methods

Suitable for usage: Dry Areas
Temperature: 40° to 95° F / 5° to 35° C
Cleaning Instructions: Sweeping
Vacuuming
Washing in mild soap (pH:6-8) with subsequently careful wiping so all water is removed

Washing in mild soap (pH: 2-9.5)


If the backside of the mat gets wet during the washing, the mat must lie upside down until it is dry and all the moisture has evaporated

Pressure Washing: 1,000-1,500 PSI (70-100 BAR) at a minimum distance of 8"

Autoclavable in 2' x 3' (60cm x 90cm) size only. Dry the mat horizontally and flat. Avoid bending. The virgin Nitril or EPDM rubber can withstand numerous cycles of autoclave heat, but over time the bonding agent used to build out larger mats will weaken the seams in the mat, and can cause them to come apart.
