REACH STATEMENT

Ergomat has reviewed the formulation and design of the following products:

RFVNLXX012, RFVNLXX020, and RFVNLXX025

with regard to the European Union Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and

Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Directive EC 1907/2006.

The REACH Directive is intended to establish a framework within the European

Union for establishing chemical risk assessments and subsequent restrictions

based upon the results of the risk assessment. The regulation ensures a high

level of protection of human health and the environment as well as the free

movement of substances, on their own, in mixtures, and in articles.

Please be advised that the above referenced tapes do not contain materials

currently regulated by the REACH directive. The products do not contain

components currently listed in the Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) list,

Annex XIV List of Substances Subject to Authorization, or Annex XVII

Restrictions on the Manufacture, Placing on the Market and Use of Certain

Dangerous Substances, Mixtures, and Articles. The SVHC list of candidate

substances is being continuously updated and as of January 17, 2022. The

reporting threshold for any SVHC is 0.1% (1000 ppm)

Users should consider this regulatory information provided only as a supplement

to other information. It is the responsibility of our customers to determine that

their use of our products is safe, lawful, and technically suitable in their intended

applications.
